A recent shooting at the Fayette Mall in Lexington, KY demonstrated that by working together, individuals can remain safe. Whether you are a customer inside the mall, a store employee working a shift, or a responding police officer, teamwork and situational awareness is the key to survival. We also listen to a young mother’s first-hand encounter of fleeing the escalated violence inside the mall and how a store employee reacted quickly to keep patrons safe (Credit LEX 18 News).
