Folding Drill

Folding” is the process of controlling an opponent’s movements by isolating a joint(s) into a fixed position. Utilizing the G.L.O.V.E. while folding a joint will stimulate a quick response from the aggressor. Be ready to move and change positions based on the response you see from the aggressor.
