UNDERSTANDING GANGS

Gangs of today are difficult to understand and track!  They are constantly changing their allegiances and changing their criminal enterprises, making them hard to investigate.  Understanding Gangs was built by Sergeant Todd Phillips, who has spent almost his entire Law Enforcement career successfully combating gangs.  Todd’s experience ranges from being the first Gang Officer at his agency to becoming the Sergeant in charge of his agency’s first Gang Unit.  APB’s instructors have decades of experience in working gang cases and will help you better understand how things work today.  This course will help you whether you are a uniformed officer wanting to be informed for your everyday response to calls, or whether you are an investigator working cases. Understanding Gangs will give you the information you need to be successful in combating gang crime!
